Celebrating Our Administrative Team
Aimme Meiers, Director of Administrative Services
In this newsletter we are proud to highlight our remarkable Administrative Team. We celebrated on Administrative Professionals Day recognizing the individuals who work behind the scenes to keep our organization running smoothly. At Riteway, we are proud to celebrate our exceptional team and thank them for their dedication, professionalism and unwavering support.
Our administrative professionals play a critical role in serving both our internal teams and our clients. From purchase order support, commissions, reporting, scheduling, and communication coordination to maintaining records, managing paperwork, and supporting daily operations, their work helps ensure every detail is handled accurately and efficiently.
Their attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to excellence allow our Business Managers and clients to stay focused on driving results. Whether solving challenges, coordinating projects, or providing support across multiple departments, they consistently demonstrate professionalism, grace, and dependability.
Simply put, our Administrative Team serves as the foundation that keeps Riteway operating at its best. Their contributions help strengthen client relationships, support brand growth, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
I appreciate and want to take this opportunity to thank our entire Administrative Team for their hard work, dedication and the positive impact they make every day. Riteway is stronger because of our administrative professionals.

Riteway in the Community
Paint Your Heart Out Tampa
Giving back is an important part of the Riteway culture. On April 18, 2026, Riteway team members Liz Russell and Greg Davis joined Liz’s husband, Jerry Russell, and more than 20 volunteers as part of the Florida GMR Paint Your Heart Out Team.
Together, the volunteers refreshed the home of a retired Tampa senior citizen with a fresh coat of paint, helping improve both the appearance and quality of life for the homeowner.
Paint Your Heart Out Tampa is one of the area’s longest-running nonprofit organizations, bringing together volunteers each year to paint homes for seniors and veterans who may not otherwise have the resources to maintain their properties. We are proud of our team’s commitment to making a positive difference in our community.
Supporting Special Olympics Florida
Riteway Sales and Marketing was proud to serve as a sponsor of the 24th Annual Special Olympics Florida Golf Classic held at ChampionsGate Golf Club.
This impactful event helps provide year-round sports training and competition opportunities for athletes with intellectual disabilities throughout Florida. We are honored to support an organization that promotes confidence, inclusion, and achievement for thousands of athletes statewide.
A special highlight for our team is sponsoring athlete Colin throughout the year as he participates in multiple sports programs through Special Olympics Florida.
Thank you to Publix Super Markets, the event’s presenting sponsor, along with the many volunteers and sponsors who helped make this year’s event a tremendous success.
