Jim Hall, President of Riteway Sales and Marketing has announced
leadership changes in the organization. Effective Jan. 1, 2023, Steve Critelli, EVP of Riteway Sales and Marketing will assume the role of President. Jim Hall, will move from President to Chairman/CEO of the organization. Jim Hall stated, “As part of our succession plan of the company we are elevating Steve to oversee the expansion and continued growth of our
organization.” Hall continued, “Steve has done a great job for us and has earned the new position.”

Our updated team roles will allow the company to remain focused on bringing value to our clients and customers. Jim Hall, commented, “We are a sales driven company, and our strength
has always been continuity of leadership. I’m confident our team will provide the leadership for continued success and achieving long-term goals.”
